The Counter-Strike world team ranking has been absent from HLTV.org for a while now, but they were able to bring it back, focusing on September, as the last published edition was on August. The ranking purpose is to rank the teams based on their results and achievements in international tournaments, as objectively as possible. And what a nice way to do it, with k1ck achieving a 6th position for the September month and an overall 18th.

After Mousesports announcement regarding the shutdown of their Counter-Strike 1.6 team, many were the rumours about Danny "zonic" Sørensen's future, even being tied with a possible move to Fnatic, now that the team lost Patrik "cArn" Sättermon, retired from competition.

But a sad news never comes alone as they say, so today Danny "zonic" Sørensen will be leaving the professional competition, setting his mouse to rest and dedicating his time to other priorities in life. But what has made some controversy regarding this announcement, is the player's choice of words towards the actual game situation, its evolution and the predictable ending.

An official statement published at the organization's website, brings us the sad news that MIBR will be closing its doors, after eight years where they had their fair share of ups and downs. Made in Brasil were in fact a reference for the Brazilian eSports community and gamers all around the world, entering a period of decline after amazing performances and results back in the days.

The K1ck Delorean Time Machine™ was put to work once again, this time in a rather different way. Focusing on just a moment in time, with a duration of just a few seconds, here is what we have for you today. Back in April 2007, Ricardo "fox" Pacheco signed for K1ck eSports Club, starting a new Counter-Strike era in the Club.

For almost 5 years now, K1ck and fox have won every kind of national Counter-Strike competition, some several times, and have achieved solid perfomances abroad, such as in Valencia for the Dreamhack on Tour South Europe 2011, where K1ck got the first place beating teams from Spain and France. Being the statistically best AWP in Gamegune twice in a row, this collaboration between the player and the Club was a huge success right from the start. Bring on the next 5 years!
