The fourth title within the Gears of War series is now available for pre-order. This follow up co-developed by Epic Games and People Can Fly, that Microsoft Studios intends to publish for the Xbox 360 in the United States on 19 March 2013, goes by the codename Gears of War: Judgement and it takes you back before the events of the original Gears of War trilogy, to the immediate aftermath of Emergence Day — the defining event of the Gears of War universe.
Following K1ck eSports Club successful teams in the Xbox 360 universe, we will now be making our debut in the Call of Duty Xbox scene, Black Ops II to be more precise. The team we are now announcing as our 3rd Xbox squad has recently won the XLParty FIL 2012 BO2 competition, achieving great performances during the weekend which we all hope that they will repeat in a near future, this time under the k1ck tag.
The fourth part of this K1ck XLParty FIL 2012 series is about the return of some Xbox 360 old school players in order to create the new K1ck Halo 4 team. Being undefeated for a long period in national Halo competitions, this group of players that were a part of k1ck.halo went inactive for a while but with the Xbox hit new series installment, they have decided to come back and this will be their first appearance in LAN for a while.
And to end this XLParty FIL 2012 presentation series, we will go back to the XBox 360 but this time for Gears of War 3, a game dear to us since the very beginning. Having had a great run in GoW and GoW2 with basically the same group of players, this time we will be changing the roster as the old schoolers are kind of inactive, so fresh blood for k1ck.gow3.
This great game series goes on with amazing sales, and so do we. We are talking about Halo for Xbox 360 and the new saga installment that goes by the codename Halo 4. And what a better way to do it than to revive some of our old school Halo players that spent years playing the game while winning several tournaments along the way? Today we are revealing the k1ck.halo4 roster that has already started to compete, gaining practice for the upcoming lans.
The Halo saga has sold many millions of copies throughout the ages and the recent Halo 4 is not differnt from its predecessors. According to a press release, this new game has eclipsed the biggest movie launch in U.S. box office history, going for a stunning number of over $300 million in global sales in the first week. Master Chief seems to be in good shape...
During its annual Spring Xbox Showcase that occurred last week, Microsoft presented the attendants with details regarding the next Halo series version, now that 343 Industries took over the game's development from Bungie. Halo 4 will have several differences from the previous versions, with a veteran Master Chief still rather athletic, including lots of new assets and new threats beyond anything that the players have ever seen.
