| Organization and Structure |

There are 3 different kind of participants in the clan. The Full-Members, the Members and the Prospects. The difference in status between these 3 is that Full-Members have the right to Vote, Members are part of the clan but with no voting rights, and the Prospects are not really part of the clan, they are on a trial period.
All of the Full-Members have the right to vote once, and only once in each matter, and all of the votes have the same weight in the final decision.
Matters that need to be discussed can be brought before the clan by any member. After the Full-Members' votes have been counted, the decision is taken, observing certain rules such as : Elements not voting will be considered abstentions and have no influence on the final result. A proposal to be accepted must have the majority of votes. Any draws will be considered as a rejection.
The voting will take place throughout the following week for normal matters or in the next 2 days for urgent matters. The urgent matters must be comunicated to all of the Full-Members by email and the normal ones will be displayed in the usual places.
For an element to join the clan or change status, he must have a Sponsor that sends a proposal by email to the clan, and accepts the responsability to take care of him. Elements or proposals to change status without Sponsor won't be accepted. The Sponsor has to be a Full-Member or Member.
Every Full-Member have a veto right to refuse the entrance of new elements.

| Office Elections |
Any jobs that the Full-Members need to create can be taken, after a meeting where all of the available candidacies are submitted and voted for. Any member of the clan can propose himself for any job. The titular of an office is sovereign in his decisions. The only way to remove an office's titular is by presenting a proposal in order to do so, and must be approved by a majority.

| Etiquette Rules |
Any member of the clan must lose or win with dignity and sportsmanship. He must also refuse to use any kind of cheat whatsoever while he plays under the [K1ck] tag. Disobedience to this rule will generate a disciplinary inquiry that could lead to a simple suspension or even a misconduct expulsion.

| Loss of Acquired Rights |
Any clan member that is inactive over a 60 days period, without some kind of valid justification, can lose all of his acquired rights, and even get thrown out of the clan. For an element to be k1cked out of the clan or get his Full-Member status revoked, such a proposal must be approved by a 3/4 majority.

In order to do so, he should contact any member of the clan requesting information and find himself a Sponsor ( Full-Member or Member ). Proposals without Sponsor won't be taken under consideration.
